Crunch Culture Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders from Crunch Culture, including delivery times, tracking, fees, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to:

The Netherlands
-
Belgium
-
Luxembourg
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are not shipping there yet.
2) Order processing times
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During busy periods (launches, promotions), processing may take 2–4 business days.
3) Delivery times
Delivery time starts after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery windows:

Netherlands: 2–3 business days

Belgium: 2–4 business days

Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can affect timing.
4) Shipping fees and free shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address and order size/weight.
Free shipping: Orders above €50 qualify for free shipping.
5) Tracking your order
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at hello@crunchculture.co.
6) Subscriptions and pre-orders
Subscriptions

Renewals: Subscription renewals are processed on the 27th of every month.

Dispatch cadence: Subscription boxes are shipped monthly.
Pre-orders and seasonal collections
If a product is marked as a pre-order, the product page will show the expected dispatch date.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the full order is ready.
7) Delivery address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible at hello@crunchculture.co with:

your order number
-
the correct address
If your order has already been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change it.
8) Failed delivery and returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:
-
the address was incorrect or incomplete, or
-
the parcel was not collected after delivery attempts,
we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
If you would prefer a refund instead, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping fees (where applicable), once the parcel is received back and checked.
9) Damaged, missing, or lost parcels
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@crunchculture.co within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
-
clear photos of the damage (including the outer packaging)
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Missing or lost parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your parcel:

check with neighbours or your building reception
-
check any safe place around your address
Then contact us at hello@crunchculture.co and we will help investigate with the carrier.
