Where’s my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking.

Can I change my address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.

Free shipping: orders over €50

Dispatch times

  • One-off orders: dispatched in line with the shipping info shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions: boxes ship monthly.
  • Pre-orders / seasonal drops: the product page shows the expected dispatch date.

 

Subscriptions

When do renewals happen?

Subscription renewals are processed on the 27th of every month.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes. You can manage everything from your customer account. If you get stuck, message us and we’ll help.

Tip: If you want a change to apply before your next renewal, do it before the 27th.

 

Products, ingredients, and allergens

Allergens

Our mixes contain nuts and may include or be packed around other allergens. Always check the product page for the latest ingredient list and allergen info.

Storage

Keep your pouches sealed, cool, and dry. For best taste and crunch, enjoy soon after opening.

 

Problems with an order

Damaged, missing, or wrong item?

We’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (and the box if damaged)
  • A quick note on what’s missing or incorrect

 

Returns

Because our products are food, we generally can’t accept returns once items have been delivered. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it quickly.

We choose ingredients and partners with care, prioritising quality, traceability, and responsible practices.

This means we look for suppliers who can share clear origin info and consistent quality. It means we’d rather work with fewer suppliers and go deeper, improving standards over time. It also means our mixes will always be built around plants, because it’s a more future-friendly foundation.

Waste reduction

Waste is rarely one big problem, it’s lots of small decisions. So we design the system to reduce waste across packaging, production, and fulfilment.

Today, we're Right-sizing — packaging and shipping to reduce empty space and unnecessary materials. We're practice Production discipline — tighter batching, better forecasting, and less “just in case” stock. We use Recyclable packaging and continue improving materials and formats as we grow.
